Here at Simply Scuba we are an Authorised service centre for Suunto battery changes so you send us your dive computer, we'll change the battery for you and we'll send your computer back. All the parts required for the battery change are supplied by Suunto and our technicians are trained by Suunto to ensure that the highest standards are maintained.
Once completed we will post your dive computer to the delivery address you provide on your order.
How to use this Service Pack:
Step 1. Choose the Battery Change Service Pack for your dive computer from the options list below.
Step 2. Download and print off this form by clicking here and make sure that you complete all of the contact information, i.e. billing address, delivery address, phone numbers and email address so that we know where to send your computer when completed and can contact you should there be any delays.
Step 3. Print out a copy of your order confirmation and send it along with your dive computer to;

Please ensure that you use a recorded and insured method of postage when sending in your dive computer. We accept no responsibility for loss as a result of your computer not arriving with us.
Step 4. Sit back and wait for us to change your battery and send your computer back to you. We'll drop you an email when we dispatch it so you'll know when to look out for it.

Please don't add any other items to your basket, if you would like to purchase goods please place a separate order as your items won't be shipped until your computer is ready to be sent back to you.

Standard delivery is £3.70 for orders under £50. You will receive your order 2 - 4 days from the date of despatch.
Next Working Day is £6.50.

However, you can return it for any reason within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs).
Extended Christmas Returns
Orders placed between the 1st of November and the 15th of December (inclusive) will be subject to an extended returns period. You will be able to return items purchased during this period up until the 12th of January.
