I bought the wing as a travel wing it's nice and lightweight so should be a help . I hadn't used it yet but it seems a well made product.
XDEEP Ghost Deluxe Wing System

The xDeep Ghost Deluxe Wing System has been made to be the lightest single cylinder backplate, harness, wing setup on the market. Weighing in at just 2.4kg the Ghost is lighter than most traditional BCDs but with the flexibility of a backplate system.
Perfect Position
The single tank adaptor and wing can be lowered down the spine of the backplate for custom trim in the water. The shape of the bladder is a modified donut shape with more buoyancy in the small of your back for a horizontal position in the water and an upright position on the surface.
50% Lighter but Just as Tough
The Aluminium alloy used to make the skeleton backplate is Aerospace grade Ali-Magnesium blend for strength and rigidity but is also very, very light.
The Bladder is made from 1100 DTex Cordura material which is coated with a TPU layer which is as resistant to rupture as a double shell design at a fraction of the weight.
Deluxe
The Deluxe version of the Ghost has the Ultralight QR harness with ITW Nexus QR buckles for quick adjustment and doffing. The shoulder straps are also padded with neutrally buoyant 3D Mesh.

Large Backplate : For divers taller than 175 cm
