The DIR Zone Pro dSMB 120cm is a long thin closed-cell delayed surface marker buoy that will get you seen in high waves. The base of the dSMB has a small metal D-Ring to attach to your line and a bungee loop to wrap it up when not needed.
Closed Cell
The closed cell design means that once the dSMB is inflated it won't deflate on the surface. You can inflate the buoy through the one-way valve orally by blowing into it or with a standard LPI hose. As the dSMB ascends the air trapped inside it will expand until it is full and any excess will escape through the one-way dump valve.

I wanted a smaller DSMB for travelling as my usual one (with crack bottle, you know which one i mean) is rather bulky and i was keeping an eye on the total weight of my rig.
I ordered this from those lovely folk at Simply Scuba and (as usual) it arrived in super speedy fashion, well packed and without damage.
The DSMB i ordered was the yellow version and it is well made and of decent height. Very happy with it!
Thanks Simply Scuba.

I now have 2 of these: yellow for emergency use and red as a routine DSMB. They are robustly constructed and the sealed end means they won't collapse if they fall over on the surface. The inflator can take a low-pressure hose if that's your thing but I find it easier to blow into it, holding both it and a finger spool in one hand. Also the volume is just right to get a good fill from a single breath, even at just 5m. It's compact when stored and really easy to deploy. I fully reccomend.

I've only used this twice so far but it feels good quality, is nice and compact so fits with reel in side pocket, and is importantly is easy to use, I'd recomend

It's a nice size SMB and the inflator valve is easy to use and comfortable to inflate. The one way valve is strong and the smb rises around 1m above the surface. Rolls up fairly small although the valves are just a little in the way of making it a bit smaller.
