This Best Divers octopus clip has a swivelling wiregate clip for attaching to a BCD D-ring. The silicone ring is used by fitting over the top of the octopus mouthpiece and is secured to the clip by a strong nylon webbing.

Looks pretty but doesnt really do the job, for what they are priced was worth the punt, silicon seems to stretch after a couple of uses to the point where it wont retain my octo securely. As a result I ivariably end up dragging it along the bottom ! Be warned best try a proper clip retainer like the scubapro one which i will be doing soon !
