We are very pleased to announce that everybody here at Simply Scuba has been awarded Sport Diver’s Best EMEA Retailer for 2015.  For the past six years we have won Best Dive Retailer every year which has now been expanded to include Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). 

MULTI-MEDIA

Here at Simply Scuba we pride ourselves with trying to offer the best service possible and over the past year we have been pushing ourselves to add more to our repertoire.  It all started with our comprehensive product videos on YouTube but over the past year we have been filming more Advice, How-To and Dive Site reviews to help you decide and experience products and dive sites before you buy them.  This year we were the first to broadcast a Live streaming Scuba Q&A Show Simply Scuba LIVE with current events and presentations on different aspects about SCUBA diving for an interactive chat with our Dive Specialist.

SERVICES

Our service to you the customer has improved too with FREE UK Delivery and Returns on all orders over £25, FREE Size Exchanges on most of our Drysuits and Wetsuits, and we now offer more Finance options on items to include the choice from a 0% 6 Month option up to a 48 Month option.  We also made a big push this year to hold the range of sizes of about 20 different drysuits across 7 manufacturers.

FUTURE

We have plenty of plans for the future, none that I can divulge right now I’m afraid, but we have ideas in the works to expand and improve our services and what we offer.   A Big Thank You to everybody that voted for us.
