PADI TecRec is introducing the first in a series of one-day TecRec Xplor events in the UK after a  demand from divers for more Tec activities. These one-day events offer divers a fun and exciting opportunity to find out more about PADI tec diving, training and equipment. Experienced technical divers or divers who want to learn more about this area of scuba diving will both find themselves well catered for at the Padi TecRec Xplor events. The first of the TecRec Xplor events will take place at 10am on Saturday 4th December at the Osprey Leisure Centre in Portland. Divers will be able to take a peek at all the latest technical diving equipment from a great range of manufacturers, as well as having the opportunity to use the equipment in the swimming pool at the leisure centre. There will be a number of talks throughout the day on technical diving and PADI TecRec courses. Divers will also have the chance to dive a rebreather in the swimming pool and meet local dive centres and charter boat companies. There will also be the option to link up with local PADI Dive Centres, to make Sunday a day of technical diving in the Portland area.
