Wireless Dive Computers can connect to your regulators with a wireless air transmitter which is great for many reasons. The first benefit of wireless air integration is that you only have to look at one thing during a dive to get all of your information instead of multiple gauges. With your cylinder pressure displayed on your computer you can read all of the information you need all in one place. You can set pressure alarms if your cylinder pressure drops below a certain point. If you get too distracted during a dive the computer will let you know if you drop below a certain pressure that you can set. Remaining gas time is calculated in the dive computer based on your tank pressure, breathing rate and depth so you know exactly how long your air will last in minutes to plan your dive profile.
