Been using this bag over the winter. Everything has remained dry and safe. Good size and will take my 15.6" laptop.

The Stahlsac Steel Backpack is a tough practical rucksack with a detachable padded laptop case, great for Instructors or any travelling diver who needs a comfortable and reliable bag. This bag has been made to be practical, hard-wearing and professional with plenty of space inside that still complies with modern airlines carry-on size restrictions.
WetDry
This backpack has a waterproof compartment inside it so you can store your wet gear without it leaking all over your dry stuff. Waterproof zippers keep any water contained and protect your contents from splashing water.
Organised
The rear section holds your flat laptop, documents or tablet flat and padded against your back safely in the dry section and the mid-section is a huge cavernous compartment with an electric blue interior so you can see small dark objects easily.
The forward compartment has a reinforced panel over the top for quick access to smaller objects. Two large elasticated mesh pockets flank either side of the bag for drinks bottles or small accessories you need to get to quickly.
The underside of the bag has two quick-release adjustable webbing straps for your towel, jacket or anything that can be rolled up that you need to take with you.
