I bought this to use with a metalsub umbilical torch, so I could drop the head and not worry about it flopping around the place. It did the job quite well, the main reason I went for this one was because it was the cheapest on this site. The little locking button was handy but also a bit of a nuisance at times too. It has a tendency to lock its self then when you go to pull it, you have to fumble looking for the button ( not a massive issue I know ) it had a strong enough retraction to pull the head back with no problems.
