Santi BZ400X Drysuit Undersuit




The Santi BZ400X Mens Undersuit is one of the warmest on the market today for it's size. Made for diving in waters below 7°C the BZ400X is ideal for the demanding diver that needs warmth without bulk that has been tried and tested by industry leaders.


Warm Without Bulk

The internal lining is a soft 140g/m2 micropolar fleece that is comfortable against your skin or your base layer. The outer shell is made from 6.6 Polyamide that has polyester reinforcing in key areas for durability. These two layers surround the internal Thinsulate™ that is quilted to prevent cold patches forming by holding all layers together.

Together weighing 420g/m2 and a warmth rating of 1.8clo the BZ400X is incredibly warm for the cold water diver.



Elasticated gussets under the arm and around the waist allow full range of movement without restriction for whatever you need to do in the water.

Prefabricated holes through the suit are located to integrate heating cables for gloves and vests in the chest and a P-Valve down the thigh.

Suspenders, thumb loops and a wide elastic stirrup strap combined with the anatomic shape of the suit hold the suit in the correct position in the water without riding up in any areas.

Incredibly warm, kept me warm in my membrane suit in the winter months. Internal suspenders are a bit odd but easily overlooked by how warm the suit is and pockets to keep your stuff in between dives

So comfortable and warm! It’s compact and flexible compared to others.
