I have not used it in a cave yet but so far very impressed.

The torch is sensibly bright and compact and cheerfully colourful. Fits comfortably on a wrist mount, but the twist head has a lot of resistance, so turning it on/off one-handed is not possible. That's a little inconvenient but probably good for water-tightness. It had it's virgin dive yesterday in very dark conditions. It's a spotlight, so it will overexpose any photo if you put it too close to your subject. Given the small size of the head the field of view is narrower than my bigger spotlight torch but it's still adequate. I think it makes a decent backup light and it will probably replace my current much bulkier second torch on normal dives.
