The DIR Zone HP Hose 15cm is a robust little rubber high pressure hose for your pressure gauges or a wireless transmitter. Standard 7/16" UNF threads on either side connect your 1st stage to your SPG, all you need in-between is a swivel pin that will either come with your SPG or can be bought separately here.
15cm is a good compact size to move your transmitter away from the 1st stage body for flexibility and for stage cylinders where you don't need a long HP hose.
