The Mares Quick-Release Weight is a single 1kg, coated block of lead with Mares' exclusive quick release mechanism for fast attachment, release and movement of lead on your weightbelt. A clip on the back of the block hooks over your weightbelt and the lever on the outside clamps onto the belt to stop the lead from moving. Lift the tab to release the mechanism and lift the weight off the belt or slide it along the belt.
