The Garmin Descent™ G1 Dive Computer is a multi-sport smart watch with a host of features inside for an all-in-one dive computer and smartwatch to beat all others. Rugged and packed with features, the G1 can be worn all day long, in and out of the water.
A wide array of sensors inside the G1 monitor your heart rate, GPS location, activity levels, local tides and surf conditions, how well you're sleeping, and can connect to your smart phone for notifications and Garmin Pay.
On top of all of these features the G1 is a fully functional dive computer with modes for Apnea and snorkelling to Nitrox, Trimix and CCR diving along with vibration alarms to alert you.
Who's the Descent G1 For?
The Garmin Descent G1 is made for active divers in water waters. The G1 is made to be your one and only watch that you wear all the time in and out of the water. For general day to day life the G1 pairs to your phone for alerts, wireless payments and monitors your health and can advise you on how to improve.
For diving, the G1 has dedicated modes for single and multiple gases, Nitrox, Trimix, Gauge mode to act as a simple depth gauge. Apnea mode for freediving and a CCR mode to use when diving a rebreather.
