Not the easiest to put on but you need a suit to be snug to be warm. Definitely warmer than other 5mm suits I've worn and plenty flexible.
It looks like you're visiting us from outside United Kingdom
The Fourth Element Proteus II Mens 5mm Wetsuit is the new and improved version of the popular Proteus Wetsuit range with warmer Hexacore lining and the range of seals around the suit keep you much warmer than other 5mm suits.
Warmer
A new Hexacore plush lining over your core section traps water and keeps you much warmer during the dive. The honeycomb pattern increases the drying speed so the Proteus II is much nicer to put on before the second dive of the day. The rest of the suit has Thermoflex lining that is flexible and soft so you can move in your suit and stay warm.
Water ingress is minimised thanks to a vast array of seals all over the suit to slow the water from rushing in. Around your neck you'll find Fourth Element's Hydrolock inner neck seal that stops water from flushing through the zip and around your neck. Each wrist has Glideskin cuffs to stop the water flushing up your arms and the seams are now double-glued, blindstitched and taped to stop water from getting in.
We recommend the 5mm suit for prolonged dives in temperatures of 19°C and warmer

I will say first I have not worn this in the water as unfortunately I am in-between sizes. However, what I can say is that the quality of the finish and materials are some of the highest I have seen when comparing brands. Accepting I couldn't find a perfect size I can concur with Rupert that its certainly not the easiest to don, even when too large, but it is extremely warm for a 5mm. There is another niggle, particularly when taking off, in that the Velcro neck join very easily attaches itself to the thermal lining which needs careful attention to detach without damage and I could see how this could become frustrating over time.

By combining the now famous Hydrolock inner neck seal and Glideskin wrist seals, water ingress is minimised. Seams are double glued, blind stitched and taped to provide outstanding thermal protection throughout the dive. Additional Hexcore linings on the body core provide enhanced thermal performance where it is most needed for prolonged water exposure. The 5mm suit is a versatile performer. With improved fit, the suit is easier to don than the classic Proteus, but its thermal performance is even better. We recommend the 5mm suit for prolonged dives in temperatures of 19C and warmer. To get more out of any wetsuit in colder waters, combine it with a Thermocline vest and shorts underneath and use a hood (3mm or 5mm).
