The Fourth Element HALO A°R Undersuit is a cutting-edge drysuit undersuit that combines compression-resistance and one of the most insulating materials to maintain a constant layer of insulation over key areas of your body while minimising bulk.
The full-body undersuit has BioMapped sections with greater insulation where you need it and thinner, more flexible areas on the joints for freedom of movement. Thanks to A°RGON™ insulation, which is exceptionally warm, the HALO AR is a relatively thin undersuit designed to hold you in a horizontal position in the water.
Who's the HALO A°R For?
The HALO A°R is a drysuit undersuit for diving in cold water and long dives where you need more of an undersuit to keep you warm. The outermost layer is waterproof so that you're more comfortable wearing the HALO AR all-day. Wearing the HALO AR out of the water you'll stay warm and dry underneath even if it drizzles or the ocean sprays you.
Insulating technology designed for space exploration and cryogenics keeps heat from radiating from your body without the bulk that can add to your buoyancy. The HALO AR is perfected for the modern diver who wants the warmest undersuit without adding too much buoyancy. By using natural body heat to keep you warm and preventing it from escaping, you maintain blood flow to your extremities and decompress more evenly on deeper dives.
The Chest Zipper routes around the chest and down your side and has baffles to help prevent heat loss from your torso. Diving in the horizontal position usually compresses the insulation under your chest. But, the HALO AR is created with a compression resistant matrix that can't be crushed and maintains a constant layer of insulation where you need it.
