The Apeks HX7/5 is a thick and warm hood for diving in colder waters. The 7mm Hood has plenty of insulation to keep your head warm and a thinner 5mm section around your face to reduce jaw fatigue.
Glideskin internal seal around your face and neck slow water movement inside the hood. Internal plush lining keeps your head warm and dries quickly between dives so it's nicer to put your hood on for your 2nd dive. Silicone print details on the back of the hood grab onto your mask strap to hold it in place and stop it from slipping.
