Bought this console with my Apeks XTX200 just before I did my advanced open water. What Can I say, they're clear to read and have a good reputation for reliability. Feel solid and well made.

I used to hire different kit the whole time

I used to hire different kit the whole time, but then wanted my own so I could become familiar with the gauges and know it was reliable (making me a better diver ?) Compass is very handy and I found the hose length to be OK, although I have to tilt the console at the correct angle to be able to read it. This is not a problem, but I'm sure there are more ergonomic ones available. Also bear in mind that this console can be 'built-up' by adding a compass to the twin-pack, they simply add-on to other. Works for me !

Nice console

Nice console, clear to read, easy to use. I prefer to have large gauges to read rather than the smaller ones- less prone to human error then!

An excellent console

An excellent console. I like to see all the dials even whilst using the compass and this one enables me to do so. The compass works at all angles. The only negative comment is that I would like the hose to be slightly longer.
