Not a bad hood

Not a bad hood. I had to trim the face opening a touch as completing my open water course mask skills with it on was tricky. Kept me warm though!

Very please with the hood

Very please with the hood, I took the gamble and ordered a medium as I knew I could always return it easily but it fitted perfectly. It is also very soft and comfortable which a lot of hoods I have tried on have not been. It has two perforated holes in the top for air to escape too which is a result as I didn't realise it had them. Order arrived next day, great service again from Simply Scuba!

My neoprene hood arrived in Orkney in 2 days and...

My neoprene hood arrived in Orkney in 2 days and I am very happy with it. I was concerned about which size to order as there were no measurements provided. However the small size fits very well. The "apron" tucks well into my wet suit neck letting in minimal water, very useful for snorkelling in colder climes!

Superb warmth and no restriction on movement.Goes ideal with the 6mm Mares 2nd Skin Suit, providing such a good fit between neck and suit there is no need to do the small front zip up!

Easy to don

Easy to don. I used the hood recently on the west coast of Ireland in temperatures of 13deg.C. and found the 5mm satisfactory.
