Diving for over 25yrs

Diving for over 25yrs, 22yrs as an instructor all over the world in caves & deep wrecks I really rate these fins I'm now on my 5th pair ( one pair lost after a cave dive at little river. The service from simply scuba was faster, cheaper & alot less hastle than my local dive shops in Australia & London. Job done the only way to go.

Very powerfull fins

Very powerfull fins, good quality but do weight a lot, ideal for using with dry suit and remove need for ankle weights, i do take on holiday with me even taking into account the weight, as they are worth it, straps are good quality but did replace with springs and have made them very easy to use

A good quality fin that is both hard

A good quality fin that is both hard-wearing and delivers great performance in the water. Very reliable. Ordered over a bank holiday weekend; first working day (tuesday) they were dispatched and arrived next day (wednesday). I know I can always get a good service from Simply Scuba. Cheers!

These were purchased to replace a similar fin lost on a recent dive. The previous ones have lasted 7 years and would be good for another 7!

These fins were just what I had expected from the...

These fins were just what I had expected from the hype I had heard about them. Almost every dive instructor I have seen uses them, and I can see why. It is simple and easy to fly through the water, and the price of these is far below alot of other fins that are very good. I really liked the ABS system which helps save time and effort adjusting the straps, though I know some find it fiddly and difficult. The fins are really durable and long lasting. All in all a great fin that will last for years to come.

I LOVE my Mares Quattros

I LOVE my Mares Quattros! I've done over 500 dives in them and they look like they'll do another 1000. When I'm wearing them with wet suit boots I feel like I can affect my balance in the water just by moving a big toe. I usually glide over 5 meters in a single kick when doing big slow kicks and they are also speedy and efficient for faster flutter kicks when you need to be somewhere fast. Frog kicks are also easy in them and so is swimming backwards (I'm an instructor). I wish they did an XXL though because I can't get my size 10 O'Three drysuit boots into the XL's properly.

Had real problems with my old fins so on a...

Had real problems with my old fins so on a diving trip tried lots of other peoples to see what suited me. These out stripped many more expensive fins. Add spring straps and you have the best possible fin set up you would ever need. Oh and am told they last and last

Excellent fin

Excellent fin - my 3rd pair. Now with spring straps. Great control underwater and great thrust though one needs quite strong legs to use these.

these fin's are by far the best i've used. the fit is great,the locking system is easy to use and the movement of the fin in water is so natural.. the only reason they are not a 10 is because i never give out 10's

these are a very good pair of fins, they were the first fins i had bought. i was surprised how fast they pushed me through the water. i also like the ABS locking system:very useful

Great fins

Great fins, really comfortable and allow you to really motor along with the minimum effort. Now used my pair for 70+ dives and they're still looking good and working nicely. ABS is ok - some others here obviously like it - but mine were way too stiff and very hard to open and close with thick gloves on. However, replaced them with sprung straps so problem solved! All in all, best fins I've ever come across!

Great fins. Only issue is with the snap-tight clips. Not always the easiest to unlock at the end of dives in winter.

This fins are a great investment

This fins are a great investment, durable and usable. The abs was a bit stiff at first but after a few weeks of intensive diving with them they losened up and were great to put on and take off. I found these fins a bit heavier than i would have liked (im only 5"2) although the power they give is great.

Nice fins

Nice fins, fit well and give good propulsion with little effort. Not sure about the locking strap mechanism, was fiddly and stiff, difficult to fasten and undo in heavy surf but generally ok and will probably get better with use. Definitley recommend that you get used to them in the pool before you get in the sea - save embarrassment of hopping around like a loony and floating upside down trying to get them on !!! Would recommend them and seem good value for money.

Very good fins, they feel secure in the water one less thing to thing about, Hard to unclip after a cold dive with gloves etc but in saying that I think worth every penny.

These fins were recommeded to me by the Simply Scuba customer service team, and I can't say that I am disappointed at all. These fins are a lot heavier than my old pair but seem to be more powerful. The foot pocket is really generous even wearing 5mm boots. The ABS binding system is a really cool feature. The fins feel secure on your feet at all times. A first class product.

This fin was recommended by the Cambridge University Dive club and I was not disappointed. Being 6'5" and 23 stone a good powerfull fin was essential. Easy to put on and off.

Superb fins

Superb fins. I bought these for a liveaboard diving holiday recently and I've got to admit that I'm not that confident when I'm trying to fin through strong currents or when I'm a bit tired. These fins made it all so easy - they gave me loads of propulsion with very little effort required to maintain my position.

These are the very first fins i have purchased and were recommended by a friend. They are Extremely easy to put on and to adjust with the ABS. I find them alot more comfortable than the full foot fins. Very good value for money.

These are my first fins i have purchased and were recommended by a friend. They are extremely easy to put on and to adjust with the ABS. This is the first time i have tried fins with the adjustable straps and they are very comfortable compared to the full foot fins. Very good value for money.

 Brilliant fins. Changed from Technisub snorkelling fins which caused a serious sore on my foot. Much more power and less stress on the ankles. Great !!!!

 These are great, comfortable, easy to put on and powerful in every situation I have met, as yet. A great buy. Only drawback is slightly stiff when trying to open the clips, it can hurt your finger ends.
