I have weight pockets on my BCD which when filled made me feel like a mitchellin man!! All the weight was on my front, so when my cylinder was low on air, tended to force me face down in the water. I decided to go back to a weight belt. I initially bought some 3kg blocks which were too cumbersome for my small frame. I only used them once, as they were very uncomfortable. (But it was not a fault of the product). I then replaced them with the 2kg size, which are really comfortable due to my small frame and the curved shape of the blocks. I would recommend them to anyone.
