A pleasure to use

A pleasure to use. Slightly unsettling that the brand of camera was one no one seems to have heard of, but it works fine. It's worrying that there is no cover for the flat lens on the outer housing. I ended up packing it inside a sock inside my suitcase for protection. Service was perfect. Delivery was very quick. Just a suggestion - not a complaint - but a nice extra touch would have been to provide a tiny tube of silicon grease which is recommended to use on the rubber seal. Inevitably I forgot to order it and then ended up improvising by taking a little packet of butter instead. Which then leaked in the Egyptian heat and spilt over my video camcorder! I really can't understand how the buttons on the outside of the housing can plunge in and out without letting water in, but it works perfectly.
