Very good mask

Very good mask, clear vision and wide field. Despite another review on here the mask still needs toothpasting/burning off the grease before you go in the water as normal with new masks. My only criticism as with many tear drop shaped masks is they make it difficult to smile!

This is by far the best mask I have ever...

This is by far the best mask I have ever used. Needed no preparing before I dived with it - it never fogs and only lets in water when I make it (ie. demonstrating mask skills or when I laugh underwater!). I dive 3 times a day 6 days a week so it is used pretty heavily but I have had no problems at all. A seriously good buy!

Superior quality mask

Superior quality mask. Unfortunatly for me it does let in a bit of water at the lower part of the mask. I put this down to the base of the lenses being close r to the wearer's cheeks. This does improve on the vision below but does restrict the flexability thus seeping water.

This is a great looking mask

This is a great looking mask. It has quite bug eyes and looks big on your face but is very clear and the silcone is very soft and comfortable on your face. Not tried it out in the water yet but first impression is great.

Pros

Pros: very comfortable to wear, excellent field of view. Cons: silicon is very clear indeed, so clear that swimming in the full sun, near surface, creates a lot of reflection on the lenses - much better in bed weather or deeper water.

I have only recently become involved in diving and was a little nervous about committing to buying gear so quickly! I am happy to report, however that I am thrilled to have bought this mask! So comfortable. My instructor laughed at my naivety when I replied "no" to being asked if I had used either mask clear or a little toothpaste to clean the lenses to avoid fogging up on the first dive. I soon shut him up as I reported that the vision was perfect! I admit it is not the cheapest mask on the market, but in my opinion, well worth the expense! Great product!!!

The best feature of this mask is the Crystal silicone

The best feature of this mask is the Crystal silicone, the skirt is literally invisible and the amount of light that pours in (even at depth) is fantastic. The reversed tear drop lens have a great field of vision and adding the thin frame and low volume shape it has a fantastic field of vision. The straps are also easy to fasten and adjust with the 5 point angle system so its a real comfort to wear too. My only negative aspect to this mask is that the skirt is very soft, which means it can take on water a little more easily than a firmer skirt mask. However it is low volume and is very easy to clear - it just takes a little getting use to! I firmly recommend this mask to anyone.

The clear silicone really does make a big difference to...

The clear silicone really does make a big difference to your peripheral vision. The skirt on the mask is extremely comfortable so comfortable in fact that I wasn't sure if i had it on tight enough the first time I used it. The strap is really nice, although when using a snorkel attached to the adjustable part of the strap it does flap around quite a lot because of the way the strap is tightened. I think this is probably one of the best masks I've owned and just hope it lives up to the claims of the silicone skirt not discolouring over time
