The XTX 50 octopus from Apeks includes the Reversible Venturi System which allows the user to convert from a right handed hose configuration to a left handed one.

The Apeks XT X50 octopus includes Diver Changeable Exhausts which provides the option to change from a small exhaust tee to a large exhaust tee. A larger and wider exhaust tee provides minimal bubble interference which is essential for underwater photography, whilst a smaller and narrow exhaust tee will provide a compact comfortable regulator which is required when used as an octopus.

The XTX 50 octopus incorporates a new two-shot high strength plastic front cover, improving the durability of the most vulnerable part of the demand valve. An ergonomic Venturi lever reduces grit ingress whilst a silicone exhaust valve will improve breathing performance. The XTX 50 also has an adjustable cracking control to alter the inhalation effort required to open the second stage valve.

The XTX 50 octopus is supplied with a 39 inch (100cm) hose.
