Info on the TUSA Platina II Hyperdry

The SP170 Platina II Hyperdry snorkel from Tusa has a hyperdry system with three current rectifying plates. New pre-angled purge valve to eliminate gurgling of water by breathing and let air bubbles pass by the side of the face.

Specification

- Ortho-consciously designed mouthpiece for ultimate comfort.
- Detachable two-sectional swivel adapter to minimise the pulling feeling.
- Three-dimensional pipe curve for the ideal angle for snorkeling.
- This three-dimensional pipe curve is the result of years of snorkel design and repeated model changes. Using the average posture when swimming on the surface as the basis, it maintains the ideal angle for effective breathing. To insure that the pipe top is close to the top of the head, it is curved along the head section and has an incline at the back. This creates a greater feeling of unity between the snorkel and head to further reduce water resistance

Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. The latest date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification.

This was my second purchase of a Platina II Hyperdry

This was my second purchase of a Platina II Hyperdry. My friend tried my own and found it so much more comfortable than her snorkel that I decided to buy her one as a thank you gift for having me to stay with her in her new Cretan home. So not only did I recommend it to a friend but I bought one for a friend. Thank you.

Very comfortable to use

Very comfortable to use, easy to purge. Good design and quality materials. Nice clip arrangement to attach to mask strap. I can’t imagine how one could improve on this design. Also replacement mouthpiece and clip available should they get damaged or broken. I am very happy with this purchase, would have no hesitation in recommending this snorkel.
