Info on the TUSA Platina II Hyperdry

The SP170 Platina II Hyperdry snorkel from Tusa has a hyperdry system with three current rectifying plates. New pre-angled purge valve to eliminate gurgling of water by breathing and let air bubbles pass by the side of the face.

Specification

- Ortho-consciously designed mouthpiece for ultimate comfort.
- Detachable two-sectional swivel adapter to minimise the pulling feeling.
- Three-dimensional pipe curve for the ideal angle for snorkeling.
- This three-dimensional pipe curve is the result of years of snorkel design and repeated model changes. Using the average posture when swimming on the surface as the basis, it maintains the ideal angle for effective breathing. To insure that the pipe top is close to the top of the head, it is curved along the head section and has an incline at the back. This creates a greater feeling of unity between the snorkel and head to further reduce water resistance

Quite simply a great snorkel

Quite simply a great snorkel! I've used it in both calm water and high swells with the occasional wave breaking over me and hardly any water entered the snorkel and the little that did pooled at the bottom of my mouth piece, didn't enter my mouth and was easily purged. A great piece of kit.

my last snorkel lasted 20

my last snorkel lasted 20+ years judging by the quality of this one I am sorry to say I won't need to buy another one.So no more snorkel sales to me but you can guarantee I will be buying from your company again, good products ,good prices ,excellent service .
