Info on the Suunto D6i Black with USB

The Suunto D6i Black dive computer includes a USB cable for easy downloading of dives onto your computer. The D6i has an optional wireless air integration to inform you of cylinder pressures and remaining air time which can be purchased separately. The Suunto D6i dive computer has an internal electronic compass, is nitrox compatible and has an increased memory and accuracy compared to the original Suunto D6.

A replacement for my old Mosquito

A replacement for my old Mosquito. Have yet to use it diving, but initial set-up was easy enough and it didn't take long to learn to navigate the menus. The Simply Scuba service was outstanding: received next day, with text updates during transit to final notification of the one-hour delivery slot, with an option to change day/place. All this and a discount adds up to a really excellent experience with Simply Scuba.

Hi What the difference between the sun to D6i black and the D6i all black steel as there is quite a big price difference and I can not see any spec I am diving in Asia would you recommend the D6i or Viper air?

Hi, The D6i all black steel version has a higher quality glass screen with improved scratch resistance, including the black steel finish. The D6i is very similar to the Vyper Air but the D6i is a computer which can be very much used as an attractive every day watch also but does not have user changeable battery.

There are no technical or specification differences between this and the standard D6i other than the black coating.
