This service pack is for the battery change for the Solution/Favor Lux dive computer. It includes all standard parts and labour. How to use this Service Pack: This service pack includes all the necessary standard service parts and labour (as recommended by the manufacturer). Should any additional parts or labour be required we will contact you to seek your permission before we proceed. [In the case of a regulator] Please be aware that service packs for the first, second and octopus stages are sold individually. For a full service of each of these items, you will need to put the three corresponding service packs into your basket. We recommend that second/octopus stages be serviced at the same time as the corresponding first stage to ensure intermediate pressures are correctly matched. We aim to dispatch fully serviced items back to you within 2 working days, however please allow up to 5. Should there be any further delays, we will contact you as early as possible. If the item we are servicing is required by a specific date, please ensure you notify this to us by using the notes field available in the checkout. To have this piece of equipment serviced, simply add this service pack to your basket and proceed to the check out in the normal way. You will then be able to specify the delivery method you would like used and the address of where the item should be returned. Package the item carefully, ensuring you write your surname on the outside of the box and return the item to us, within 7 days of placing your order, using a recorded delivery method. Our apologies, but we cannot accept items that are sent to us using a non recorded delivery method. Your credit card will not be charged until the goods are received. If you are not sure of the exact make or model of your equipment please contact technical@simplyscuba.com or call us on 0870 970 7000 for further assistance. By purchasing this service pack you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree to the following statement: I authorise Simply Scuba Ltd to carry out this standard service plus any further work required to remedy any additional faults found. I agree that I will pay any extra costs for parts and labour outside of the standard service cost, but subject to Simply Scuba Ltd having first provided a quotation for the extra work required and gained my express permission to proceed. If you choose not to proceed, the item will be returned to you (assembled and possibly not functioning correctly) and only the cost of the standard service parts will be charged. I understand my equipment will be serviced and set to the manufacturer’s recommended specification. New parts may have to be fitted as part of this service that may require time to settle. To assist this process Simply Scuba strongly recommends that you attend at least one pool session before going on an open water dive. By doing so, it will help to bed the parts in and also indicate if any final adjustment is needed, that may otherwise result in a dive being missed. I agree that Simply Scuba will not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to serviced equipment not operating properly. If however, a fault is found that is within 3 months of the item being serviced, Simply Scuba will remedy the faults free of charge. I understand that under these circumstances I will still be responsible for the cost of sending the goods back to Simply Scuba.


How much will it cost to deliver my order?

Standard delivery is 2 - 3 days from the date of despatch - £2.99

Express delivery is 1 - 2 days from the date of despatch - £4.99

Next Working Day - £6.99 (Please note that the Next Working Day option is not available in all locations and is only available if all the items you are trying to order are in stock)

What if I want to return my order?

We hope you will be completely satisfied with the Simply Scuba Solution Favor Lux Battery Change SP purchased from Simply Scuba. However should you wish, you can return the Simply Scuba Solution Favor Lux Battery Change SP for any reason within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs).

Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. The latest date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification.

very fast, very reasonably priced. I have used simply scube before, and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Placed 2 orders just before Christmas and battery was changed...

Placed 2 orders just before Christmas and battery was changed and mailed back to me in less than 1 week which is very good time given that there is generally delays around Christmas. Fast efficient service. Definitely recommended
