Info on the Poseidon BeSea W100 - Advanced Harness with Single Bladder

The W100 is a single bladder tech-wing purpose-designed for divers who need to carry more equipment than normal sport-divers and has a wide displayed wing contour to optimise the space between the wing legs for double tanks. ClamRetract™ gives superior deflation capabilities and greater volume increases. Three dump valves and an inflator with a stainless steel mechanism controls inflation and deflation reliably and safely, whilst the bladder design compensates for the weight of the tank when submersed and gives you total freedom of movement. The narrow air passage behind the neck does not to push the head forward or conflict with regulator and hoses when inflated.

Features

The W100 is made for equipment with a negative weight in water that does not exceed 32 kgs (70,5 lbs) and has a lifting capacity of 353 N. The standard tank attachment system is a double Non-flex tankband and this BESEA can be equipped with integrated weight pockets, accessory pockets, metal back plate, Q.M.R.-system™, Pinbolt kit and D-rings

Superb piece of kit

Superb piece of kit, ideal for diving with twins. Dived with twin 10's recently and you don't feel the weight on land. I felt like I can stand around allday! Underwater v.comfortable, just barely aware of the cylinders. Only gripes are that the straps are a bit of pain to adjust underwater, and that the optional integrated weight system will only handle up to 16lbs block weight, and feels a little like it'll fall off - even though there's actually no chance of it happening - as its attached to the waistband, and this isn't supported by the shoulder straps. But those small gripes aside, excellent, highly recommended!

Having dived on single/pony rigs for the last few years

Having dived on single/pony rigs for the last few years, the time came to upgrade to twins to cope with the diving I was doing. I'd never had a poseidon BCD before, but I liked what I saw and read in reviews, and took the plunge - Result - superb piece of kit. Did some dives yesterday with twin 10s fitted, and felt like I could stand around all day with them on with only minimal discomfort. Excellent ergonomics! Underwater, the wing doesn't flap around, and the whole harness (as you can custom fit it too youself) fits like a dream, plenty of support where you need it, but whilst allowing me to reach my manifold with no problems! The only slight gripe is that the integrated weights system feels like it'll fall off if you put over 6lbs in each pocket (as the waistband isn't supported by the shoulder straps - but if you're using twins you don't need much weight anyway! so only really a minor gripe)So if you're going for twins and don't fancy a steel backplate - get one of these you won't regret it - I know I don't!
