What if I want to return my order?

We hope you will be completely satisfied with the Oceanic Pioneer 5mm Hood purchased from Simply Scuba. However should you wish, you can return the Oceanic Pioneer 5mm Hood for any reason within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs).

Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. The latest date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification.

The easiest way to determine the costs and the postage costs to your destination is to add the items to your shopping basket online and select your delivery country from the drop down list (and currency if required). Once this is done a full order quote complete with shipping breakdown will be displayed on the right-hand side. Please note in some countries you may need to check with your local customs to see if any import duties are payable - these are your responsibility to pay directly to customs on receipt. Please also be aware that there are some items which have restrictions against them implemented by the Supplier's/Manufacturer's in respect of if they can be shipped outside of the EU/UK, and this will be highlighted on the Web Site if you add such an item to your basket. The shipment to France should take approx. 4 working days from date of despatch.

Q -   In addition to my previous question - it sas the hood is due in 4 days. Does this mean it would take 4 days delivery or you are awaiting stock in 4 days? Thanks A -   If there's a 'due in' timescale, then that's the time that we would expect the item to arrive in stock if ordered today. The 'due in' dates do tend to change a little depending on supplier's delivery schedules etc. Kind regards

Q -   HiI am interested in the hood however I am unsure which size to get - either a small or a medium. Do you have any measurmeents you could provide? I think the circumference of my head is around 56cm - so which size would that be? A -   Hi and thanks for your question, as a rough guide, a large is 58-60cm, a medium is 56 - 58cm and a small is 54-56cm. Personally, I'd say go for the medium as it will be more comfortable and still provide loads of insulation. It'll should still be a nice, snug fit. Kind regards
