Info on the Mares X-Vision Mask

Thanks to its all-new design and innovative technical solutions, X-Vision offers a truly unprecedented field of vision, without limitations. The central position of the eyes and the optimally angled windows provide the widest possible viewing angle in every direction. Minimal internal volume and exceptionally light weight, at just 190g. / 6.7 ozs. The ergonomic quick-adjusting buckles, positioned directly on the skirt, afford superior comfort and hydrodynamics during the dive, as well as improving the adherence of the skirt to the face. In addition, this technical solution makes it easier to store the mask inside a pocket of the BC.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with the Mares X-Vision Mask purchased from Simply Scuba. However should you wish, you can return the Mares X-Vision Mask for any reason within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs).

Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. The latest date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification.

Bought 2 of these masks in Gran Canaria in 2004

Bought 2 of these masks in Gran Canaria in 2004. Both started to leak at depth after about 15 dives. This was caused by the retaining clips cracking. Mares UK weren't interested so no aftersales service. After taking advice from my local dive shop I bought another one in 2006. The same fault has just occurred at 37m in August 2008 after about another 15 dives. Am I just unlucky? I won't be buying another one to find out.
