Info on the Mares Octopus Abyss Extreme

The Mares Octopus Abyss Extreme is an all metal octopus which is coated with a special fluoropolymer resin finish on the second stage case and all key components to prevent ice crystals from forming in extreme cold conditions.

  • Vortex assisted design conveys air to the mouthpiece creating a swirling vortex with a low pressure area in center that keeps the diaphragm down during inhalation, for very sensitive and easy breathing at all depths.
  • A mesh Grid reduces the pressure of water flowing onto the second stage diaphragm and minimizes free-flow.
  • Suitable for use in extreme cold water.
  • Superflex Hose provides exceptional softness and is extremely light weight which guarantees the maximum freedom of movement.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with the Mares Octopus Abyss Extreme purchased from Simply Scuba. However should you wish, you can return the Mares Octopus Abyss Extreme for any reason within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs).

Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. The latest date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification.
