Info on the Mares Force Knife

The Force Knife from Mares is the perfect scuba knife, with a standard 10cm stainless steel blade with an in built line cutter. A special PVD treatment on the blade prevents the surface from rusting and it has a soft grip which allows for secure holding. The Force can be secured to any Mares BCD, bag or hose or simply attached to your leg for quick, easy access.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with the Mares Force Knife purchased from Simply Scuba. However should you wish, you can return the Mares Force Knife for any reason within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs).

Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. The latest date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification.

Just got this knife and was worried about the clip...

Just got this knife and was worried about the clip reading the reviews mine seems fine can't pull the knife out with the clip on. Mares must have sorted the problem

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, the securing clip is ridiculously easy to undo and any amount of pull on the handle will release the knife without the clip being depressed. Would have lost this on its first dive without a lanyard (mounted to my BCD) but instead it just caused a nuisance falling loose over a dozen times in the one dive, major hazard. Blade itself is rather blunt and after only a few dives and good care has started to rust. Wished I had kept the receipt!

Nice knife

Nice knife, but watchout. I lost this knife on the day I bought it, but was lucky enough to have it found by another diver. Lanyard essential!
