Info on the Mares Abyss 22 Nitrox

The Abyss 22 Nitrox from Mares is compatible with mixes of up to 100% oxygen and is equipped with a dedicated connection.
Please note: Nitrox is only available in DIN and cannot be converted to A Clamp using an adapter.

  • Tri material valve created to optimize performance, safety, and reliability.
  • All metal technology for increased durability, conductivity even in cold waters and reducing dry mouth breathing.
  • Dynamic flow control minimises the intermediate pressure drop during inhalation, making it possible to use a simpler and more reliable second stage.
  • Vortex assisted design conveys air to the mouthpiece creating a swirling vortex with a low pressure area in center that keeps the diaphragm down during inhalation, for very sensitive and easy breathing at all depths.
  • A mesh Grid reduces the pressure of water flowing onto the second stage diaphragm and minimizes free-flow.
  • Superflex Hose provides exceptional softness and is extremely light weight which guarantees the maximum freedom of movement.

Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. The latest date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification.
