The cylinder came shipped at 0 bar pressure rather than...

The cylinder came shipped at 0 bar pressure rather than as stated 2 or 3 bar. This meant that it could potentially be contaminated during shipping. I also had to make sure that this cylinder was pressure tested once received as there was no indication that this was done. Plus - no stickers on the side to prove this either. Other than that, the cylinder works as it should.

Hi, Thank you for your enquiry. We can advise that when we despatch the cylinders there is literally minimal pressure in the tank, approx a couple of bar max. We hope this information assists.

Please can you answer the following questions for me? 1 Are these full length or are they dumpies? 2 Are they o2 clean? 3 Are they stamped to give 2.5 years before needing to be visually inspected? 4 Do they have everything (valves etc.) to connect to a set of Regs? 5 Are they din fitting or for A Clamp/yoke? 6 I have bought things from you before, can I use a voucher code as well as the 830 bubbles I have 'banked' to reduce the costs and how do I use both at the same time when buying on line please? Hi, Full length cylinders. They are brand new but not o2 clean certified. The Cylinder will require a 2.5 year visual test from the manufacturing date stamped on it. They do have a convertible valve fitted for A Clamp and Din fittings. When placing an order you can only redeem the bubbles as a voucher code once you have accumulated 1000 and you can only either use the bubbles redemption or the separate voucher, not both in conjunction with each other.
