What if I want to return my order?

We hope you will be completely satisfied with the Cressi MiniGringo Snorkel purchased from Simply Scuba. However should you wish, you can return the Cressi MiniGringo Snorkel for any reason within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs).

Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. The latest date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification.

We ordered the clear one

We ordered the clear one, which does not look like the black one illustrated. the fixture for the mask strap is entirely different, being a long slit rather than a hoop. None the less it works, the child is entirely happy and I have no complaints at all.
