Info on the Atomic SubFrame Mask

The Atomic SubFrame Mask is an incredibly strong low profile mask, so strong in fact that Atomic Aquatics provide a lifetime warranty against frame breakage. The secret is in the internal frame (subframe) that the silicone skirt is molded directly on to. This construction method has two main benefits, firstly it provides impressive strength and rigidity and secondly it completely eliminates the needs for bulky outer plastic frame sections.
 
Visibility is a key factor when considering a mask, something Atomic Aquatics think about very seriously. The frame has been designed to increase the field of vision to the sides but by implementing a reverse tear drop shape the user has significantly increased lower vision, making your kit much easier to see.
 
That's not all though! Not content with standard mask lens glass, Atomic uses an optical quality 'Ultraclear' glass that provives distortion free vision. Ultraclear glass eliminates the tinting found in lower quality lenses and allows a much higher light transmittance into the mask which is especially useful in low light conditions.
 
The SubFrame is also fitted with Atomic Aquatics's easy to use strap adjustment system, an easy to push button is all that is needed to release the strap restraint. There is no need to fiddle with complicated and difficult to use clips.
