Aqualung Regulators

Aqualung Regulators are highly desirable pieces of diving equipment. Respected for the quality, performance and reliability, Aqualung regulators are available in travel and cold water configurations.

The Aqualung range includes five main models: the Calypso, Titan, Kronos, Mikron and Legend. Each of these models is typically split into suitability for cold water and feature levels. 'Supreme' rated Aqualung Regulators are cold water certified, meeting or surpassing CE approval for use in water below 10 degrees Celsius. 'LX' models receive extra features such as venturi and inhalation adjustment or removable lip guards. 'LUX' Regulators are the top of the line in that model with all the extras and features.

A number of the Aqualung Regulators also feature their Auto-Closure Device (ACD) which helps to eliminate water or contaminant ingress into the first stage. As air flows from the cylinder into the first stage a spring loaded valve is opened to allow the air to pass through but as soon as the flow stops the valve is shut again.
