Aeris, Hollis and Oceanic life support equipment are covered by a Lifetime Warranty which offers their customers protection against product malfunction for the entire time that the original owner has the equipment. Not only that but all parts are supplied free of charge, including annual servicing parts and kits which means you'll only have to pay for the labour costs.
This extended warranty reflects the time and effort that is put into equipment development, testing and manufacture to produce some of the highest quality products.
What Equipment Is Covered
All Aeris, Hollis & Oceanic regulators, first stages, second stage and octopus
All Aeris, Hollis & Oceanic BCD's, harness and wings
All Aeris. Hollis & Oceanic dive computers
All Aeris, Hollis & Oceanic instruments and gauges
The equipment must be registered by the 30th day after purchase.
Parts are supplied free of charge subject to normal wear and tear and damage through misuse.
The Lifetime Warranty is valid for the original owner only and is non-transferrable.
The equipment MUST be serviced annual by an authorised service centre otherwise the warranty becomes void.
The product must be purchased in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man from an authorised dealer.
How To Register
Registration is very easy via Oceanic UK's new website - Click here to view. If you haven't used their site to registered a product you'll need to create an account by entering your email address and password (which will be created if you don't already have an account) and tick 'Register for the first time'.
Fill in the required fields for the account and tick 'I agree to the terms & conditions' and then click on the 'register' button.
Account creation is now complete and your browser will present you with your customer home page. Here you can update your personal details, subscription to Oceanic newsletters and register new equipment via the 'My Gear' tab. From here it is very simple to 'Add Gear', select the appropriate product, enter the serial number and purchase date and the dealer. Clicking the 'Add Gear' button will complete the registration.
