Follow the road past Sainsbury and B&Q to the end (only about half a mile). On the right hand side you will see a large industrial park, we are located there in units 92-93 (first right and right again after you enter the park - opposite Julie's cafe). Simply Scuba Ltd are doing our bit under these regulations by offering our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product. For example, if a customer bought a new toaster from us we would accept their old toaster and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. |
| 3. | Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. |

We offer two levels of service depending on how quickly you need your order delivered.
Standard
Standard International method is suitable for all orders to be shipped outside the United Kingdom. ParcelForce Worldwide takes 3-21 days for delivery from despatch, dependant on location. Shipping prices are calculated on the size and volumetric weight of the goods contained in the parcel.
Express
This shipping method is suitable for all orders to be shipped outside the United Kingdom. DHL Express takes 1-4 days for delivery from despatch, dependant on location. Shipping prices are calculated on the size and volumetric weight of the goods contained in the parcel.
All orders will be shipped as soon as all the items are available - subject to payment authorisation.
Please Note. Where items on your order are out of stock the order will ship once all of the orders components become available. If you would rather not wait for the remainder to come in to stock, we advise that you place a separate order for these items.
If you would like us to ship to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, simply tick the box (when you are checking out) and complete the address details.
Please Note. International orders can only be shipped to the billing address and PO Box addresses may not be accepted. For UK registered credit/debit cards we can only ship to addresses within the UK. Unfortunately for PayPal users and overseas customers we can only ship to your registered billing address. These restrictions are online fraud prevention measures issued by the banking community and are beyond our control, sorry.

Yes, as a general rule the courier will require a signature on delivery.
However, if your order is small, light and inexpensive, and you choose to have it sent to you via our standard service, it may be delivered to you via Royal Mail 1st Class post and may therefore be delivered with your normal mail.
Yes of course, if you live locally and want to pop into the shop to pick up your order that's fine.
Just select "collection" as your delivery option when you checkout and we'll email you when we've picked it and it's ready for collection.
If your delivery county is inside the European Union then your order will be subject to VAT.
For exports to countries outside the EU although these are exempt from VAT you may be required to pay import duties by your government, you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.
Some countries (including but not limited to Israel, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey) do not impose import duties on products shipped from the EU, however in some cases you may be required to pay a local sales tax; you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.
If your goods have either been received as damaged or are missing please contact customer services immediately, either by email customer.services@thesimplygroup.com
or by calling us on 0844 567 7070.
If the goods are damaged we will need a proof of the damage, either by the item being returned to us, or in some cases an image sent via email. Customer Services they can advise you on the best course of action. Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation.
If your goods have simply gone missing for UK orders we simply have to wait 5 days past the standard delivery time and we can then re-send you the goods. If you are an overseas customer we have to wait up to a maximum of 30 days from dispatch, after this period has passed we can re-send the goods.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from any of our Simply Scuba stores, but if you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Under distance selling regulations you may cancel your order by returning any item up to 7 days from the day after delivery however we extend this for your convenience so any item may be returned for any reason within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it remains unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact.
The latest acceptable date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification. Please indicate on your delivery note the item(s) you are returning and the reason. Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. Goods returned after the date shown on your delivery note cannot be refunded. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your card.
Goods should be returned via an insured, traceable service to reach us on or before the return date shown on your delivery note (it is advisable to make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required).
Tags must not be removed from garments and that all labels and original packaging must be present and the product in the condition you would expect to receive an 'as new product', for us to be able to refund the returned items.
Please ensure that the delivery note enclosed with your order is completed and returned with your parcel.
Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Price slide items are not returnable unless they are faulty.
Yes of course, we will exchange items due to incorrect sizing as long as it is still in 'as new' condition.
When a replacement is required urgently, it is advisable to place a new order on the website for the correct replacement goods first. This ensures that the goods can be despatched with a minimum of delay in order to get them despatched to you promptly. You should then follow the normal returns procedure as above to return the original goods for refund.
In the unlikely event that something you have purchased from us is faulty then we will be happy to replace it for you.

We may either request the goods be returned to us for inspection, or in some cases we may request an image of the fault be sent. If we ask you to return the goods to us please download the faulty goods return form below as this will need to be enclosed when you return your faulty product to us.
Where a product develops a fault after use and the manufacturer offers a warranty covering that fault, you will need to deal directly with the relevant manufacturer. If you need assistance with this please contact us and we will give you details of how to return the product direct to the relevant manufacturer.

If you know the product you're looking for simply type a keyword word relating to the product in the search box at the top left corner of the page and then click GO. All the results related to your keyword will then be displayed on the page for you to browse.
By Quicklink
If you know the Quicklink (our unique product code) just enter it in the search box and click Go. This will take you straight to the product's page.
By Department
If you don't have a particular product in mind you can use our department selector down the left hand side of the page to take you straight to the right department. Once there you can sort the results by popularity, price, manufacturer or even alphabetically using the sort tool at the top right of the page.
By Brand
If you're looking for something by a particular manufacture you can search for products using the Shop by brand tool above the department list on right of the page. All the products we sell by that manufacture will then be displayed on the page for you to browse.
By Advanced Search
On this page you can use more specific criteria to find the product you need. You can search by combinations of departments and manufacturers, see only items we have in stock for immediate despatch, view our sale items and find our recommended and award winning products.
Unlike many other websites, we will only say something is in stock if we actually have it in our warehouse so you can be confident when placing your order
When you've decided on the product you're interested in (and chosen an option i.e. size, colour, etc where appropriate) the availability status of the product is displayed under the [Add item to My Basket] button. This is the estimated time until the goods are despatch to you. Please bear in mind that we will only ship your order when all items are in stock. If you'd rather not wait while some of the items come in to stock we advise that you place a separate order for these so that the rest of your order can be despatched.
In stock and ready to go
Means the product is in stock in our warehouse and can be despatched to you normally within one working day.
Due in �X' days / Due in 'month'
Means that the product is not currently in stock and will be �X' days until it comes in if you place your order today. The number of days is based on the day of the week we order from that supplier and the length of time that they estimate to deliver it to us.
The number of due days when you place your order is the number of days you can expect to wait until your order comes into stock. You may notice this number goes down and then jumps back up if you return to the product page over a number of days. This is the due days for new orders and does not affect your order.
Due soon
Means that we are expecting more stock soon but unfortunately the supplier is unable to give us a date for delivery. Where we are able to estimate a delivery date, you can order the item by adding it to your basket but you will have to wait for the item to come into stock before we can despatch it. As per our usual policy you will not be billed until the goods are despatched (with the exception of PayPal orders) and you can cancel the item at anytime up until it is picked for despatch.
Where we do not know when stock will arrive, you will be able to request a notification by email. As soon as the item comes into stock we will email and let you know, that way you can avoid being disappointed by it selling out.
Sold out
Means we have no more of that product remaining and we do not expect to be able to secure future supplies. In this case you should select an alternative product.

Gift Vouchers are the perfect answer if you're stuck for gift ideas for that tricky to buy for friend or loved one. You can purchase Gift Vouchers in �5, �10, �25, �50, �100, or �250 denominations or combinations thereof. We can either post the vouchers to your billing address or email them to a nominated email address along with a personal message for the recipient. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase after which time they will expire.

Promotions
From time to time we run discount and free delivery promotions for our customers who have signed up to receive our promotional email newsletters. These emails contain a promotional code to use in much the same way as Gift Vouchers. If you would like to register for our newsletter simply enter your email address in the email signup box on the right
Using Gift Vouchers or Promotional Codes
To redeem a Gift Voucher or Promotional Code simply enter the code in the voucher code box when your viewing your shopping basket. Remember to click the [Apply Voucher] button to apply the voucher to your order. If you have multiple Gift Vouchers simply repeat the process until you have applied them all then proceed with checking out.

Adding items to your basket
Once you have decided on the item you'd like to order simply click on the [Add item to my basket] button on the right of the product page. You can remove items from your basket at any time until you submit your order. Where a product has a variety of sizes, colours or technical options remember to select your option from the Options List to the right of the product before adding it to your basket.
If you would like more than one of the items you have added to you basket, you can change the quantity by changing the number next to the item in your basket and clicking update. You can continue shopping by clicking on the [Continue Shopping] button.
Checking out
When you have finished shopping the next step is to tell us where you would like to have your order delivered and how you would like to pay for it. Simply click on the [Checkout Now] button in your shopping basket to be taken to the Account Login page of the Secure Checkout. Here you can chose whether to create an account for future use or use our Express Checkout. If you have a PayPal account and would like to use it to pay you can login to it on this page too.
Your contact and delivery information
Make sure that you complete all of your contact and delivery information accurately so that we can keep in touch about your order and deliver it to the right place. The billing address needs to be the address that your card is registered to. If you're a UK customer and would like to have your order delivered to an alternative address, tick the box and enter your delivery address.
Delivery Options
On the page you can see the delivery options available to you along with their costs. Simply select the delivery method you would like and your basket will recalculate your new total including your new delivery method. To learn more about the delivery options click here.
Payment Details
Either select a saved credit/debit card or add your new credit/debit card details and tick the box at the bottom of the page to confirm that you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
When you're happy that your card details are all correct simply click on the [Submit My Order] button. From here you'll be taken to HSBC's website to verify your card using MasterCode or Verify by VISA before being returned to us to complete your order. Order Confirmation
Once you see the confirmation page along with your unique order number you can be confident that your order has been successfully submitted. Provided that you supplied us with an email address we'll keep you updated about the progress of your order and let you know as soon as we've despatched it so you know when to expect it. All you need to do now is sit back and wait for us to deliver your order.
Price Slide is a revolutionary new system that offers our customers a great deal on end of line clearance items from our stores.
The price of the items in Price Slide gets cheaper by 1% every day meaning there's some great deals to be had. The price you see when you add the item to your basket is the price you pay. Although waiting for the price to go down is a great way of getting a bargain, the stocks of Price Slide items are very limited so if someone else buys the item before you then you'll miss out. Price Slide items are non returnable.

To register you only need to give us your name, address, date of birth and email address - you will not receive marketing or promotional e-mails unless you request them. You will need to know your user name and have set your date of birth within your account to access your password. Try logging into your account and if you are unsuccessful just enter your username and date of birth in the boxes provided and your details will be e-mailed to your specified e-mail address. Yes you can change or cancel your order for any reason until it has been picked for despatched.
If you created an account simply login using your username and password at the secure login page
and amend or cancel your order there. If you used the Express Checkout to pay for your order you will need to contact our Customer Service team to make the amendments or cancelations for you.

We accept the following cards for payment of goods on our websites
By default, our websites display prices including VAT. If you have logged in and you have specified a delivery address that qualifies for VAT exemption (such as BFPO or outside EU) then prices will be displayed excluding VAT.
We do offer VAT free shopping for customers in these locations. Just register with us with your country as BFPO and put the BFPO/FCO address in the postcode field. Once logged in to your account, prices will be displayed exempt of VAT.
As authorised dealers Simply Scuba offers customers the finest warranty service available. Customers within the EU are able to have any product which they purchased from us, repaired locally to them by another authorized dealer since all products carry at least a one year's manufacturers warranty. Alternatively any goods purchased from us can be returned to us for warranty work within the term of the manufacturers warranty.
For customers outside the EU, Simply Scuba offer the same peace of mind as buying from a local store. Most responsible manufacturers with dealers in your home country will be happy to warrant any defective item locally to you to avoid any inconvenience. Should this not be the case, the item should be returned to us. Unfortunately however, we cannot refund any return carriage costs.
