Diving first stages attaches to your scuba cylinder and reduces the high pressure in the cylinder to an intermediate pressure of around 10 bar which then is sent to your second stage (sold separately). These individual first stages should only be paired to suitable second stages and are recommended for purchase only by experienced divers.
