Good
buoyancy control lies at the heart of good diving. It makes
for a more relaxed and confident approach to your
diving and is an integral part of diving with a mind to
conservation of the aquatic realm as well as your
own personal safety. It is probably the hardest
skill to master when you first start diving. However it does not
need to be, with the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Speciality
course you will learn and develop the skills needed to achieve
mastery of this most essential of skills of the good
diver.

At the discretion of the instructor additional confined water
training sessions may be required, prior to participants going to
open water.
The pre-dive discussions will cover the following topics
-
- Peak Performance Buoyancy fundamentals buoyancy check.
