Fitting Room Service

We know buying items over the internet means you cannot try them for size, so to make it easier we have introduced our new Fitting Room Service.

Products where this service is available have the following link in their product description... "Fitting Room Service - We offer free exchanges to an alternative size on this product!"

These products can be swapped for an alternative size free of charge; we will supply you with a free returns label from Royal Mail or Collect+.

To return an item for an alternative size, just follow these simple steps:

1. Contact customer services with your order number on 0844 567 70 70 (Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm) or contact us any time via e-mail customer.services@simplyscuba.com
2. We will email you a free returns label from Royal Mail or Collect+ depending on the size and weight of the item.
3. Repackage the item securely and enclose the delivery/returns note indicating the required alternative size
4. Drop the packaged item into the Post Office or your nearest Collect+ store
5. Sit back and relax whilst we send you out the replacement.

Please note.

For some over-sized items we may need to arrange a courier to collect your original item. Unfortunately we cannot specify when the courier will collect; as such you will need to be available all day on the day of collection. We can arrange collections from alternative work addresses if required.

Items being returned for refund cannot use the free exchange system; any item returned for refund will have the postage/courier charge deducted from any refund.

Only available to UK mainland customers (excludes highlands and remote areas for courier collections)
