There is no such thing as the wrong weather; its just that people will wear the wrong type of clothes. Likewise with diving, there is no such thing as the wrong temperature water; its just that you must wear the right exposure suit to meet the needs of the environment that you are planning to dive in. Some of the most spectacular and challenging dives are to be had in the cooler more temperate waters around the world. Fascinating wrecks ancient and modern, abundant marine life and some truly awe inspiring undersea vistas.
If you like the sound of exploring these cooler waters then the PADI Dry Suit Diver Speciality Course is designed to give you the knowledge and skills to dive in the correct exposure suit for these conditions. |

Dive 1 - During this dive participants must demonstrate specific skills relevant to the safe use of a dry suit, including pre-dive preparation and equipment set up, buoyancy control throughout the dive and safety drills at the end of the dive.
Dive 2 - During this dive participants will be required to demonstrate good buoyancy control throughout the dive and perform certain safety skills underwater, finishing the dive with a safety stop for 3 minutes at 5 meters. |
